Nothing has ever fascinated me more than humans.

For as long as I can remember, I have been curious about people—their inner worlds, relationships, emotions, contradictions, and the ways their experiences shape who they become. That curiosity eventually became my profession, and it continues to guide my work today.

Psychotherapy

People come to therapy for many reasons. Sometimes something is clearly wrong—a relationship is struggling, anxiety has become overwhelming, a loss has been difficult to carry, or life no longer feels manageable. At other times, the difficulty is harder to name. You may simply feel stuck, dissatisfied, disconnected, or aware that the same experiences seem to repeat themselves despite your efforts to change them. My work is grounded primarily in psychodynamic and depth-oriented psychotherapy, while remaining integrative and responsive to the needs of each person. I am interested not only in what is happening, but in understanding why it may be happening.
Supervision

For CRPO registrants and psychotherapy professionals

I also provide clinical supervision to Registered Psychotherapists and other eligible CRPO registrants, supporting them in fulfilling their clinical supervision requirements and deepening their therapeutic practice.

Not everything that hurts is visible. Not everything that fades with time has healed. Sometimes, what remains unspoken continues to shape how we feel, love, and live.
